All transactions are done by email through the Garden Inspiration’s website. This service is available to those living in Canada as well as those locally, (Vancouver, BC area). Local clients can request visits to their home on an hourly basis.
The Process
You fill out the questionnaire including the site measurements of the home, along with site photos and submit them via e-mail. Click on the corresponding pages and you will be taken step by step through the process. The information is reviewed at Garden Inspiration and a Proposal/Quote for Design Services is emailed to you for your consideration. The Proposa l for Design Services will detail what will be done by Garden Inspiration Landscape Designs, when the work will be done and how much it costs you the client. If you are satisfied with the terms in the Proposal for Design Services, sign it and email it back. Once received the design process begins as specified in the Proposal for Design Services.
From the information you provide a base plan will be prepared from which a preliminary concept plan will be developed and emailed to you for your comments and or approval. Print out the plan, make any comments you have on the plan, scan the plan and email it back. Changes will be made to the concept plan based on your comments and emailed back to you for your approval. Once you are happy with the preliminary concept plan an invoice will be emailed to you for a $150.00 deposit using PayPal’s Online Invoicing Service. Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. You don’t need to have a PayPal account just review the invoice, fill out the required information and click the pay now button. After receiving final payment the detailed final master plan will be prepared.
Once prepared an electronic PDF version of the master plan is emailed to you for approval before the plans are printed. When approval is received the master plans are printed and the Personal Garden Guide, coloured landscape plan and DVD are prepared. The 24”x36” landscape plans are packaged in a sturdy mailing tube and the rest is packaged in a portfolio and both are mailed to your home with an invoice for the payment balance.
It is my goal to have the completed landscape plan to you within 28 days of receiving all your information. If you require your plan sooner please let me know and I will make arrangements to get it to you for that date. |
